Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 15 - 18 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Customization & Handmade Items: Some handcrafted or personalized items may require additional time. Please check product descriptions for estimated processing timelines.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Timeframes:
    • North America: 4-7 business days
    • Europe: 5-10 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 5-12 business days
    • Asia Pacific: 4-8 business days
    • Other Regions: 7-15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request. Contact us before placing your order for urgent deliveries.
  • Delays & Exceptions: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays. EssentHome is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Fees & Duties

  • Standard shipping is FREE for most orders. If any shipping costs apply, they will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged upon delivery.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. You will receive updates via email.
  • Customers can track their orders using the provided courier website link.

Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

  • Ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
  • If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours for corrections.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors, household members, or your local courier. If still not found, contact us, and we will assist you.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos and contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
  • EssentHome is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
  • If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel, you will need to follow our Refund and Return Policy (restocking fees may apply).
