Refund and Return Policy

At Addy and Mehar Global, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund and return policy. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.


Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Return Window: Customers may request a return or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery, as indicated by the tracking information.
  • Condition of Item: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact us at care@essenthom.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transit. Using the original packaging is recommended.
  4. Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • If a cancellation is requested after shipping, it will be treated as a return, and shipping & restocking fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If an order is delayed beyond the estimated shipping time, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking the package.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on carrier confirmation of loss.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.


Returns During Transit & Refused Deliveries

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
  • A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
